Music Mistakes to Masterpieces: Your key to unforgettable classes

But what happens when the music confuses your words, mismatches your energy and deflates the intensity you were seeking? It has the potential to drive new and old members away, feeling confused or like they haven't been successful. In this session learn how to pair music together with intention, intensity and energy and create a synergy that changes people's physiology. Find new ways to use music for cueing, creativity, play and most importantly long term results for your members.Â

Prepare to Perform
If your back, knees, or another body part are constantly giving you grief — that lingering discomfort that makes you second-guess your body — this session is for you. When you’re always aware of that nagging issue, it can be hard to teach with the same confidence and freedom you used to have.
In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to build your own personalised warm-up routines (no boring generic stretches here) and practise simple prep drills designed to help YOU feel better, move easier, and teach with more confidence. You’ll also pick up practical tools to better manage those chronic niggles so you can perform and deliver your classes at your best.

Aqua Power: High Performance Training
This session gives instructors and coaches simple, practical ways to build power and speed in the water with clear carryover to land-based performance. You’ll learn how to coach better acceleration, stronger push-offs, and sharper changes of direction using the natural resistance of water to build explosive strength without overloading the joints. We will focus on clear coaching cues, movement quality, and short, high-impact training sets that improve speed and power. You’ll leave with ready-to-use drills, easy programming ideas, and the confidence to run sessions that feel athletic, purposeful, and performance-driven.

Train Then Brain
The big buzzword right now is brain training, and everyone’s talking about how to add it into classes.
This session shows a simple way to blend physiological training and cognitive challenge in the same class, without separating them into different sections. Using a three exercise sequence that builds physical and physiological intensity first, you’ll then layer cognitive demand in the second round while keeping movement quality, effort, and flow on track. It’s a practical format that is easy to coach, easy to repeat, and leaves participants feeling like they trained their body, and their brain.
