Session names and descriptions

We all have potential inside of us, but sometimes we don't know how to find it. In this presentation, Steve will go over 5 steps that will help you unlock your full potential and become a better instructor! You can be the best version of yourself if you follow these 5 simple steps. It's time for you to start living up to your true potential as an instructor.

Running out of HIIT ideas? Always resorting to Tabata? Want to learn how to develop your own group HIIT workouts catering for all fitness levels? This interactive workshop will give you strategies to do just that. Get ready to sweat as we explore different HIIT formats. We'll also focus on space planning, the logistics of your classes and how you can facilitate real-life connections between members.

You will walk away with:

- Ready-to-use HIIT workouts

- Easy-to-use strategies to develop your own group HIIT classes

- An understanding of the importance of space planning and the logistics of your class

- Tactics to facilitate real-life connection between members.

Everyone needs to reach overhead, sit into chairs and climb stairs. Join Stephanie for some easy-to-apply, good-for-everyone mobility exercises and tips that focus on the thoracic spine, shoulder girdle and hips. A little bit of theory and a lot of practice, this session is for instructors of all  group fitness modalities.

In this workshop you will learn how Rob has evolved his approach over decades of teaching group fitness to ensure an effective and entertaining muscle conditioning class.

You’ll learn how to create a workout that flows seamlessly from one move into another so there is no stopping in between sets or exercises. This means less time spent explaining what comes next which means everyone stays engaged throughout the entire class! You will also learn how to create your own combos so every client feels like they are getting something new each week.

We all know what it feels like when someone is trying to teach you something but they don't explain things very well. That's why My Group Move developed teaching methods that are designed specifically to show how to break down each movement sequence into easy-to-understand steps. Every instructor’s goal is for participants to feel confident enough to follow the moves that leads to a great workout! Join Maria and Marietta to learn the fundamental methods so that you can teach movement sequences in an organised way so that you can deliver enjoyable, effective and rewarding workouts. Imagine being able to do what used to seem impossible - teaching choreography effectively and quickly.
