 What is CHOREOGRAPHY AND FLOW?

This course aims to teach you how to create group fitness routines using a variety of teaching methodologies. 

What do you expect to learn from CHOREOGRAPHY AND FLOW online course?

This course will provide the knowledge, skills and examples so that both new and experienced group fitness instructors can deliver exciting workouts. Find out how successful instructors increase intensity, create variety and take a group of people from the beginning of a routine to the end smoothly and effectively.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

You have lifetime access to the course, so you can go back and review the content as often as you want.

How long will it take me to complete CHOREOGRAPHY AND FLOW online course?

Everyone learns differently and it depends on how much time you have available to study and practice. It also is dependent if you have had previous experience in teaching group fitness classes. Taking all of this into account, this course can be completed (if you include your own hours of practice) in 3-5 weeks. Experienced instructors may be able to complete it in a shorter period of time.

What can I teach after completing this online course?

You will be able to teach a low or high impact group fitness class although these teaching methods can be applied to any group fitness class; i.e. step, muscle conditioning, martial arts to music.   

What do I need to do after completing CHOREOGRAPHY AND FLOW?

Make sure you practice on your own at home first, then invite family and friends so you can teach to a small group of people. Try to video tape yourself and then analyse the video. Video tapping your practise is a powerful tool to learn where you are at and decide where you want to go (which skills you still need to improve on).

Is there an assessment as part CHOREOGRAPHY AND FLOW online course?

There is an assessment at the end of the course compromising of 28 multiple choice and true/false questions. You will need to achieve 90% to pass the assessment in order to attain your certificate of completion. You can take the test as often as you need to be able to complete the course. 

Will I receive a certificate of completion at the end?

Yes, after completing the assessment at the end of the course, you will receive an automatic email from us with your digital certificate of completion via email. 

Are there continuing education credits
Yes - at the completion of this online course, you will receive the following credits:
Fitness Australia - 5 CEC's
REPS New Zealand - 9 CPD's
Fitrec Points - 30
