& Why We Are Here
MY GROUP MOVE emerged from a deep commitment to enhancing group exercise instructors' skills. We focus on ensuring that the guidance and knowledge shared with instructors are up-to-date and at the forefront of industry trends, contributing to a top-tier and positively impactful experience for all.
Group fitness isn't just a workout; it's a journey of empowerment, inclusivity, and enjoyment.
At the heart of MY GROUP MOVE is our mission to foster continuous professional development among instructors. This commitment is key to achieving personalised achievements for both instructors and participants, enriching the overall fitness journey.
We are dedicated to delivering top-tier education that equips individuals with the skills to offer engaging, effective, and safe movement to music workouts. We aim to empower instructors to bring enjoyable fitness experiences to their communities.
Our aim is to cultivate a robust, supportive community of group fitness instructors worldwide. We envision a network where instructors are skilled and confident and inspired to foster a positive impact in the fitness world.
