This course will provide you with the tools you need to create exciting warm ups to get your class participants motivated and eagerly anticipating the rest of the workout. We will discuss the physiological as well as the psychological reasons as to why people will continue with a workout. 

This seminar will help anyone interested in understanding how to use group fitness music effectively. If you have never learnt this skill, it will dramatically change the way you listen to music. You will hear the milestones that you intuitively feel and want to move to. If you want to teach to music, this seminar is one that you MUST DO.

The Art the Verbal Cueing

My Group Move created a series of free webinars to assist group fitness instructors to maximise on their potential to motivate groups of people to move together.

This seminar will help anyone interested in understanding how verbally communicate and cue effectively in a group exercise class. If you have never really mastered this skill, this session will provide clarity about what to say, when to say it and how to say it. You will learn that timing is everything so that a whole class moves together in harmony. If you want to master verbal communication this seminar is one that you MUST DO!

You can now get 3 CEC's if you are registered with Fitness Australia or 2 CPD's if you are REPs New Zealand, for our online course: MOVE TO THE BEAT. There is a small admin fee, proceed to check out and receive your certificate of completing within 5 working days.

As many of us are in lockdown, we may as well get together to release some tension in the body with a Stretch and release 30 min class. 

This class is open to everyone, it's free and will be delivered via ZOOM by Maria Teresa Stone, co-founder of my group move.

Maria will walk you through a gentle whole body stretch sequence from standing to laying down on the mat.
